1. Business account and authorisation

The person creating an account must be authorised to act for the business. Account, billing and contact details must be accurate, and login credentials must be kept secure.

2. Plans, pricing and activation

Starter, Business and Custom plans provide the capabilities shown on the Pricing page. Monthly or yearly billing, the one-time activation amount and any free-trial terms are shown before purchase. Access is activated after the required account, payment and gateway checks are completed. Renewals are manual: we remind you before the current paid period ends, and you approve each monthly or yearly payment from the Billing page.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for its business information, contacts, message content, permissions, customer notices, consent and use of WhatsApp or Meta services. The customer must maintain its own WhatsApp Business Account, business number and Meta account in good standing.

4. WhatsApp Business messaging requirements

• Obtain the permissions and opt-in required to contact people, respect opt-out requests and keep message content relevant to the customer relationship.
• Use the WhatsApp Business Platform through the authorised Meta connection. When the customer-service window is closed, use an approved WhatsApp message template where Meta requires one.
• Do not use WatsChatOn for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, scraping, impersonation, deceptive content, unlawful activity or any content prohibited by WhatsApp or Meta policies.

5. Meta review, approval and restrictions

Meta controls WhatsApp Business approvals, template reviews, messaging limits, quality signals and account restrictions. Meta may reject templates, limit messaging or suspend a business account. WatsChatOn helps provide the workspace and official connection flow but cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted delivery or that an account will never be restricted.

6. Customer data and permitted processing

The customer remains responsible for the personal data and conversations it imports or receives. Good Review Booster may process that information only to provide, secure, maintain and support WatsChatOn, or as required by law. We do not sell customer conversation data or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.

7. Storage limits

Starter includes 2 GB and Business includes 5 GB for chat files and media. Removing older files can make space available again. Custom storage is agreed as part of the workflow discussion.

8. Third-party services and charges

WatsChatOn depends on services such as Meta, WhatsApp, Razorpay, hosting and network providers. Their availability, approvals, rules, charges and processing times remain subject to their own terms and policies. Meta messaging charges are separate from the WatsChatOn plan unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

Good Review Booster may update features, pause access for security or policy reasons, or change a plan where required for service, compliance or maintenance. Access may be suspended for non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or a WhatsApp/Meta policy issue.
