Use WatsChatOn responsibly for legitimate business communication, customer support and approved WhatsApp workflow operations.

1. Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful business conversations, customer support and customer follow-ups.
- Obtain the permissions, notices and consent required to contact customers.
- Keep team access, roles and permissions appropriate for the work being performed.
2. WhatsApp messaging rules
- Use approved message templates when messaging outside the applicable WhatsApp customer-service window.
- Honor opt-outs and avoid sending messages that customers did not reasonably expect.
- Keep campaigns targeted, relevant and compliant with the current WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not use WatsChatOn for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful messaging, spam or unauthorised marketing.
- Do not use unofficial automation, scraping or bulk-sending methods, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or upload malicious content.
- Do not use the service to infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
4. Customer content and data
You retain responsibility for the conversations, contacts, documents, media and templates you add. You give Good Review Booster permission to process that content only to provide, secure and support WatsChatOn. Do not use WhatsApp data to build unrelated profiles, retarget people or sell or transfer customer data.
5. Team access
Account owners and administrators are responsible for inviting agents, assigning roles and removing access when a person no longer works with the business.
6. Meta and third-party rules
Your use of WhatsApp Business and Meta services must follow their current terms, policies, templates, approvals and messaging requirements. Meta may review, reject, limit or suspend messaging independently of WatsChatOn.
